At KIT-IMT a mobile X-ray detector based on a CCD-camera was developed and is in service now. The device has a maximum resolution of 0.8 µm and a field of view of 1.2 mm x 1.8 mm. The detector will be used to align X-ray
optics in various setups and at different sources and as detector in X-ray full field microscopy. A mobile detector is important as we use various sources in different places and not always a suitable detector is available.
